I had one of the best dining experiences at Lotus last night. The fresh seed crusted bread w/ sun dried tomato dip was a truly pleasant starter; the coconut Calamari (one of the truly best Calamari dishes I've had - this is one of the best, I told my friends at dinner); NY steak was cooked to perfection (for me, it's medium, and it was right on!) and the banana dessert that really finished up the meal. I watch the food network a lot, and needless to say I enjoy cooking - so for me to get excited about a restaurant, that says a lot. I'm taking this time to share this experience with others - that they too might enjoy a great dining experience at Lotus! The wine list is quite limited though; I'd bring my own bottle of wine next time.
