*UPDATE* I'm writing this nearly 2 years after I first reviewed Chiang. Since then, I have been here on at least 4 or 5 occasion and have had the chance to sample many dishes...all good! I especially love the muslim curry! And, contrary to many other reviewers opinions, we recieved excellent service. Drinks were pricey, but really good. I will continue to go back!
