I don't know which restaurant the Citysearch editors reviewed but it wasn't the Baraka I went to last night. The fava bean salad lacked zing and brightness, the soft shell crab was strangely flavorless and the accompanying aioli was sorely lacking any garlicky excitement. In contrast, the moroccan meatballs were almost overwhelmingly rich and gamy, so much so that I couldn't finish them. The chicken tagine with green olives had an unpleasant astrigent quality and lacked any depth of flavor. And the paltry four tablespoons of cous-cous provided was not even enough to eat the tagine with. An extra four tablespoons of cous-cous was a ridiculous $4.50. To top it off, the waiter didn't bring water until after the check arrived!
