My Date and I were exhausted by the end of the night from the stimulation our tastebuds received. We had panseared fois gras w/ sweetbreads (magnificent!). I had Sable w/ orchietta pasta. For Desert I tried a 3 way Blue cheese plate w/ a tawny port. I couldn't finish the port and this meal will definitly last me a 6 months in terms of experience. Service was perfect.
