After calling in advance to confirm that they could clean my rugs, I took a cab all the way across town to drop off my rugs. They then said they could not do the job, contradicting what they indicated over the phone. Ater $20 and much time wasted, I was told to go somewhere else... They displayed a cavalier attitude and total disregard for my time and effort! Skip these guys and try elsewhere for rug cleaning...
