Downtown Seattle is a great place for a spa, but I wouldn't fully recommend Ummelina (unless you find city car and people noises just a floor above 4th Avenue relaxing.) The staff is young, hip, and tries hard to please. But their level of experience and professionalism is lacking. You will probably feel very pampered, but the actual massage techniques are more light and fluffy than effective and purposeful. Maybe it's just me, but my tight muscles were still feeling tight.
