You go to a fine food restaurant and expect to be able to drop in? Come on people, go to the olive garden if that's what you want, and expect the food to be awful. Come here for slow, good food. This is some of the best food in town with an extremly clean and ecclectic wine list to back it up. Are they busy? Yes, but the second time I went in they knew my name, not because I dropped big bucks, but because I took the time to eat, drink and enjoy myself without worrying about making the show downtown an hour after asking for a table. Everything about this place is top-notch.
