1313 is the best salon I have found in Boulder. The atmosphere is amazing and you have all the skills and ammenities of salons in bigger cities without the attitude(i.e.-no assistants to do the washing or drying)! The stylists are amazing(some also work for Redken) with their eye for color and cut and I wouldn't trust my hair anywhere else in Boulder. Thank you 1313 for bringing the quality of a bigger city top salon to Boulder.
