I'm a regular when it comes to sushi; 3-4 nights a week I have sushi for dinner and frequent lunches. Nobu isn't the place to go on a daily basis, but I eat there as often as possible! I'm a Vegas local, so I'm lucky to be close. I went to the Nobu in New York and the ambiance and food is just as great!
The sushi is excellent, but isn't even the focus of the meal. The hot and cold dishes from the kitchen are unbelievable. The toro toban-yaki, cod on lettuce, and jalapeno yellowtail are a few of my favorites! Nobu has the best dessert I've ever had at a sushi restaurant too. Coupled with flavored saki (my favorite is the concord grape or strawberry) you will have a meal that you will never forget. Don't forget to make a reservation, especially if you want a table.
