I have eaten at Red Lobster's all over the southeastern U.S. for years. Now that I reside close enough to eat at this particular Red Lobster on Summer Ave, my husband and I have TRIED to find something good about it in the past few years-but cannot.
In a nutshell, the service is terrible. Waiting for food to arrive hot and in the proper ORDER(salad before meal, etc.) is enough to make you not come back again.
We DO go back every 6 months or so, hoping the owners or managers of the place have improved, but not yet.
We will not be returning anymore. I would rather drive 50 miles to another location than have to put up with the service at this one particular Red Lobster on Summer Ave.
