I think the previous reviewer had some valid points, but I just needed to put in my $0.02 as a ""longtime"" customer of Chaco Canyon. Yes, their food tends towards the simple side and they do tend toward ""raw patty"" dishes. But given their pricing ($4-$7) one can't expect the dishes that are served in luminarious raw restaurants such as Juliano's and Roxanne's (which cost literally 5-10 times as much for a meal). At $5.95, their Thai Grinder is a bargain -- actually, an amazing deal considering the cafe is ""98 percent"" organic.
Though not a dedicated raw foodist myself, I eat there often with my also non-raw foodist partner. Their meals are organic, affordable, fresh and delicious. I would encourage anybody, no matter what their diet, to give it a try when they're in the neighborhood -- you won't be disappointed.
Also, their espresso rocks!
Pros: food menu, fresh juice, all-out friendly
