while i have always been a fan of Luna's mozzerella pizza (which is delicious and quite addicting) it is the horrible service i recieved at their West Hartford restaurant that will make me doubt my return. The service was horrendous, to put it nicely. My date did not like their BBQ chicken pizza at all. instead of the server asking how everything was, she walked past our table several times without blinking, then argued with my date as to why we didn't stop her to tell her about the bad pizza. she then proceeded to follow us outside to tell us we forgot to tip her (apparently, after snapping at a guest, a tip was still expected). i love their mozzerella pizza, but seriously doubt if i will ever return to their West Hartford location.
