My husband and I had dinner at Cafe Uffa our last night in Portland. I have to say, it was our best dinner in Portland (we had visited all of the top-rated restaurants prior to going to Cafe Uffa). Not only is the ambience wonderful (warm and intimate), the service is superb. The chef even came out and went to each table to visit with the customers. I had salmon and my husband had trout. Both entrees were outstanding. If I ever visit Portland again, I will definitely dine at Cafe Uffa.
