Upon arriving at Everest, we waited in a room where pairs of chairs were set up for people waiting for tables. We were offered a drink (not complementary, my wine was $28.00 for one glass) though we waited 25 minutes past our reserved time. It FELT tacky. Two couples left. My sea bass was not notable. The story that accompanied my dish, although sweet, reminded me of the way people now use crock pots. Skip the telling of this story. I prefer to have a meal that I don't feel I could have cooked myself. Service was fantastic, but not enough to make up for the man with the EXTREME bronchial cough who was not asked to leave, or for the tables so close together that my table was bumped repeatedly by the servers. Thank you, but dining should be more pleasurable than this.
