Prior to dining at Handke's, I was excited to experience the cuisine of a ""Master Chef,"" and after I read some of his reviews, I felt very comfortable in my decision. Unfortunately, from appetizer through dinner, our items were below average. I was hesitant to eat my Salmon appetizer because it was unexpectedly room temperature. Also, the Scallops were overpowered by the alcohol used in the dish which made that entree unpalatable. Compliments on the buffalo tenderloin dish topped with foie gras. The Plastic water glasses where an unexpected touch in a white table-cloth restaurant, and our server was unaccustomed to the wine list. All in all, I beleive that a restaurant of this calliber could be so mush more.
