I went to the Aveda Student Center for a haircut a few weeks ago, and I will definitely go back again. Weeks after my cut, my hair still has a great shape. An elderly woman with thinning hair was getting her hair cut in the seat next to me, and by the time she was done, her student stylist had made her hair look almost thick. It was a miracle!
The only advice I have - do not go to this salon if you are short on time. It may take you over an hour to get your hair cut as the student goes slow and has to consult with the instructor periodically.
