I'll be the first to agree that Top of the Hill has the best outside patio and view of Chapel Hill. Their homemade brews are also pretty good. But, the food is average--nothing on the menu that I haven't seen at 1 million other restaurants. It is one step above an Applebee's. The waitstaff seems nice enough, but I was rather shocked to see the chef chase a waiter out of the kitchen and curse at them about an order--in front of my table and by the bar--certainly makes you think twice about sending something back to the kitchen.
Pros: Patio, Beer, View
