Any chef's cooking will suffer without quality ingredients. Thankfully, the quality of ingredients here is above reproach. From the fresh baked bread, to high quality of the balsamic vinegar, or the fresh asiago, every single item in these dishes superb. When these came together, every morsel was a delight to the senses. Using ingredients of this caliber is expensive, and you can easily appreciate the reasons for the higher price tag. This is by far the best Italian dining in Utah. I know great Italian food, and this is the only place in Utah I have been able to find it outside my own kitchen. Before you go anywhere, try the Fresco Italian Cafe, it will become the standard by which you judge Italian dining in Utah.
