Other than the service being terrible (which may not always be so), the food just wasn't up to par. The bison meat is good, but there didn't appear to be any time spent on preparation, and the fries seemed to be the same as the frozen variety anyone can get at the supermarket. For the money, I expect a much better dining experience. Also, there is plenty more room on the walls for more ""Old West"" decor. The place looks pretty bare, like it was thrown together at the last minute.
