Frances at K&L Designer Coiffures (now at Belleza 414-915-3726) is one talented stylist! She has worked side by side with some of the top hairdressers in the world at beauty shows and continues educating herself with advanced training in Chicago. Frances specializes in highlighting and cutting and does fabulous makeovers. I highly recomend Frances!
