While attending a seminar at the Peabody I came across Ran-Getsu, I dined alone at the sushi-bar the first nite and was (custom) made a
""Mexican roll"" by my sushi-chef, he was very attentive and gracious. I was so impressed that I ate there again the next evening with a friend, this time we tried alittle of everything including the Kobe beef which was delectable as was the entree of beef and vegatables cooked table side by the restaurant manager himself. The sevice was impecable every detail mastered. I look forward to dining there again next week on vacation with my husband.
