I am a loyal Aveda Institute customer. I have had my hair cut and highlighted here many times (like 10+) and only received 1 shotty one which they promptly fixed. Their facials and other spa treatments are great and I love the fact that I can afford to try something new when I go here because its so affordable. Quality product and good service so long as you are patient. They are students after all so it usually takes longer than going to the salon but I find that they are usually much more meticulous than when i have my hair cut by a pro.
