At most times of the day you'll find yourself at the end of a very long line when you walk inside a Cafe Rio. Some people tend to be discouraged by that, but not me. I find it comforting, actually. I think any place that is so popular you have an inevitable 20 minute wait in line must be a winner. Cafe Rio's food tends to lean towards the ""fresh mex"" trend, and in my opinion, it's the leader in that category. So yes, I will file through the cattle corral-like line like everyone before me, because Cafe Rio is always crowded, and always worth it.
