We went on an uncrowded Monday night. We were seated quickly by a cheerful waitress who promptly took our order. After that, she never gave us a second thought. We left after 40 minutes. No food, no explanation for the delay, nothing. Our waitress spent the last 20 minutes we were there talking to some friends of hers that were at another table. We walked right by her as we were leaving. She didn't notice.
