We went here late on a Saturday night after leaving Rain and were surprised that there was no longer a line. Con: We still had to pay the $20 cover charge. I guess because it was so late, there weren't very many people there, but that actually enhanced the cool atmosphere, sleek decor, and great view. It's a little pretentious, but we'd already had enough drinks not to mind. Of course, you can't beat the view from the balcony and the transparent square in the floor! No celebrity sightings, but the clientele were young and stylish and surprisingly friendly. Tip: try going late to avoid the line.
