The soup is very good, and served in generously sized bowls. The cream puffs are delicious. The service is almost nonexistant, but isn't really necessary. They serve you water and soup (within about five minutes of ordering, max), then pretty much leave you alone unless you flag them down. You pay at the counter. Definitely worth the price: I think $4.25 for a medium Pho Ga (chicken), which is more than I can eat. It is kind of crowded, but I've never had trouble getting a table for two. Like everywhere else in Capitol Hill, there's not much parking. Just park on a side street or take the bus. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but if you're in the area check it out.
Pros: Cheap, Very fast, Good food
Cons: , Bad for large groups
