Upon visiting this salon for the first time, I was utterly disgusted with the service level of this establishment.
The staff was moderately pleasant, but the service quality left much to be desired. After arriving early for my appointment, I sat waiting for three and a half hours and never once did anyone give me an update.
Frustrated beyond belief, I ended up walking out of the salon and got nothing but a vague apology from the stylist I was scheduled with. She made an ""attempt"" to call me three days later with a more sincere apology, but by that time, I'd found someone else.
I'll never visit this place again and I don't care how highly reputable their stylists are.
