I have had the worst customer service experience with this company. The owner and manager is rude to his customers and has openly yelled at me on the few occasions that I have gone to him to try to correct issues that I had with the installation of my fireplace. He has blamed everyone else, including me, for issues that I am having with my fireplace that I clearly could not have foreseen or perpetuated. There are other better companies in Connecticut for fireplaces, I would definitely suggest you look elsewhere to avoid the frequent headaches I have had to endure in dealing with this company.
