People are always giving this place props. Heidi's is supposed to world famous for their breakfast bagels, but the breakfast bagels are not that good...the eggs are almost runny and the bagels themselves taste more like rolls than actual real bagels. The service is inconsistent and the entire set up of the place seems disjointed and chaotic.
