boulevard deserves every good rating it has received. i was there last week with my husband. it looks lovely decked out in all of its holiday finery so if you are planning to go, try to before the holidays are over. the food was divine. i recommend the shrimp and crab fritters, prawns wrapped in bacon, and the carrot cake (which is unlike any i have tasted before). the service was wonderful. overall, a delightful--i'll even go so far as to say a religious--experience. i can't write one bad thing about this restaurant.
