We ate here for Thanksgiving and unfortunately, there was no brother v brother type menu set-up. No problem, we went for the 4 course holiday menu. The space is striking. The service is restrained (bordering on the slow side). Salt wasn't a problem, though they ran out of dessert items. My pumpkin bread pudding was heavy on the chocolate chips and lacked pumpkin. Small quibble considering the great entrees.
