Walking into the Palmer House, you know that you are in for a special treat! Elegance, service and every amenity you might want. PLUS, the staff seem particularly happy when they have the opportunity to go the extra mile.
I was particularly impressed with the personal, caring attention from Michelle in housekeeping. It was also great to be recognized and welcomed back at night by Luis on the security staff. Anyone can guard the door, but Luis does it with the friendly courtesy of someone who really cares about the guests!
Perhaps the best testament is that if anything isnt up to standard it is PROMPTLY rectified! Randall, an assistant manager, took such great care of me that Im planning a trip to Chicago just to stay there again!
