Let's just say that I'm not a pizza enthusiast (I like almost all companies), but Abbot's is an interesting find. The slices are large and inexpensive (about $3/slice) and they use quality ingredients. It's also great for vegetarians since there are many non-meat options and combinations. The bagel crust is unique (at least to me, a native Californian) and tasty. I like the Greek pizza (red onions, spinach, tomatoes, feta, mozzarella) - pretty fesh tasting. The Venice location is pretty cramped, though, and there seems to always be a line (short or long). However, the pizza is better and not as greasy as larger chains.
Pros: veggie options, inexpensive, can purchase slices
