Walking into Brown Sugar's the smell of smoke meat gets the juices flowing. The brisket had nice smoke flavor but the sauce was watery and the meat lacked a tasty rub, all served on an uninspired bun. The fries were great home cut and were not at all greasy. Brown Sugar's is buffet style and has a nice country home feeling. At $9-10 for a sandwich fry and drink its expensive and I'll probably only go back out of convenience.
