I had my first extra moist beef brisket at this Rudy's two years ago and I finally had the chance for a return visit a couple weeks ago (I live in San Francisco). It was as good as I had remembered! Moist, flakey, tender, smokey, and beefy!! Using just a little bit of sauce, the brisket is the best here!! Very good Texas style pork ribs as well. Sausage was just ok. No big deal with the cole slaw or beans. Lots of space at this restaurant. Next time in Austin, I'll be back at Rudy's!
