Out of about 20 different dining experiances over the years, I have only received my food in a timely enough manner so as to get it while still hot about 3-4 times. When my family of five all order, the food never arrives together so that we may eat together as a family. My children usually get there food 5-10 minutes after grown-ups. While we wait on the kids' food, ours gets cold.
