The restaurant and service is extremely polished and refined, but not so that it was stuffy or unwelcoming. The 2nd floor calls on a better dining experience, a bit more quiet and romantic than the 1st, so make reservations. The food was prepared well, and the presentation masterful. For those that like the taste of duck, the chef has a few dishes that would satisfy. The price reflects the sophistication of the menu and decor, so be prepared.
