One day I was given guacamole that was substandard. The avocado was clearly underripe. When I asked for an explanation, I was told ""No, the avocado's weren't ready, but we served it anyway, because you ordered it"" I told them I would not pay for anything this poor. I also complained about the continuing poor quality of the salsa, and was told ""That's how it comes out of the can"". A Mexican restaurant that can't make its own salsa is beneath contempt. I have not returned since.
