The food is good but not consistently. As long as you order your food during peak times you will get it fresh. If you order it at non-peak times you will typically receive food that looks like it's been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile. It does feel like you're getting P.F. Chang's at a discounted price, but you learn that you pay for the service. It's pretty much do it yourself at Pei Wei. And often your meals and those of others in your party will arrive at all different times. Love the honey chicken and brown rice.
Pros: Food, Independence, Price
Cons: Food, Independence
