The need for red meat hits me only a few times a year, but when it does...I want quality. Last night, I had a phenomenal steak ($12 here could easily be $18 elsewhere) and rich red wine. We chose Park Chow becuase we know they have top quality food - including grass fed free range cows. My husband shared this carnivorous craving with me and also had a steak & red wine. We started with the plain dinner salads with a light delicious dressing - only $2.95. Our server was friendly and professional. Near the warm fireplace, I felt as if I was at home - comfy & cozy.
