I recently tried Firebirds restaraunt and found numerous problems, along with several reasons for a return visit. The problems I encountered seem to be caused by an overbearing corporation. The wait-staff, while nice and helpful, seemed to follow some formula as to what they would say. This formula made the meal feel even more like a mall experience. The food was excellent and once the ""Spiels"" were done, I could actually enjoy the service. The ""credo"", on the back of the menu, seems to have been written by an eight year old, if you get the chance make sure to check it out, there are numerous errors in puncutation and grammar. Overall I give the restaraunt a 7 with the main redeeming quality being the service. Grant was an excellent waiter.
