This place was opened in 1989 when two of the folks at the Hunan opened by Henry Chung in San Francisco left to open this place in San Jose. The service is great, the food is phenomenal and there is not one bad dish on the menu. Smoked Ham with Chicken and the Bean Curd with Meat Sauce are my favorites but I hardly would limit my world to two dishes. You must go there.
