first of all, Valet parking is NOT free, it's $2.00 plus an expected tip. No big deal there, since it's tough to park. We just visited on a slow Monday and our entree took, no lie, 30 minutes to come out, and that's AFTER the salad. Everyone around us got their food before us. We never got an explanation or apology. The carrots were overcooked but cold, and the pureed yams with the duck were more like a dessert than a side, too sweet and heavy with vanilla flavor. Very weird. Had to ask for water refills (again, it was a slow night, so no excuse.) Our meal took over 2 hours from start to finish. Also, we noticed other diners were offered different (and better) specials than we were.
Pros: good coffee, nice lighting, good background music
Cons: slow SLOW service, food seemed "off"
