The popcorn is by all means the best you will ever have, but obviously this company bank on this one fact to keep them going. I love the popcorn and have visited the Michigan Ave store many times but after today I think I will pass from now on. The staff is so very rude! Every time I have been there it has just be the most frustrating experience. If you want to be treated with a smile this is not your kind of place for sure.
