For those of you familiar with Blair, you know that a restaurant doesn't have to be great to be the best in town. I'd put the Viking right up there. There's really nothing special about it, but the service is very friendly and the food, while nothing fancy, is solid and good. Generous portions of nice steak and chicken are filling. Also, the pecan pie is served warm, with or without ice cream! The Viking is definitely a place you should stop by if you're in Blair
