The restaurant owner, Carmen Sims, took very good care of us. There is a fish dish on the menu that has an achiote sauce that is out of this world. It reminds me of fish I had in Cozumel. It has a Yacatan influence. In fact, this is where we go every time to cure our fish cravings. The fajitas are the leanest in town and the tortillas are hand made. This is definitely authentic mexican food.
