My family seems to think so after many years of fine dining in the city. It's a dead heat on the best ahi tuna tartare/foie gras I've ever had between Boulevard and Aqua. Good company to be in.
One anecdote is telling: the rack of lamb here is SO outstanding, I stopped in the middle of my bite and proclaimed to the table, ""Wow. This is REALLY good."" If the lamb is on the menu, and you're a serious meat eater, do yourself -- and your curious tablemates -- a favor and just order it.
And come to think of it, we have never had bad service at Boulevard. Not once. Aspiring restaurateurs take note -- excellent waiters here.
Pros: Outstanding meat, Exemplary service, Charming decor
Cons: Tricky parking
