Being raised in Louisiana, I know what good crawfish is all about. This place has GREAT crawfish whether it's boiled, fried, or etouffe. Most people think that Cajun food is always hot and spicy, but it's really about the flavor. These guys have the right blend of all three that let's you truly enjoy the food without having to wash down every bite with something cold to drink. And the catfish is tremendous! But whatever you do, don't miss out on their homemade cream pies. The cocunut is the best I've ever had. I would rate these guys as high as you can get when it comes to authentic Cajun food. You won't be disappointed!!
