I've been to this restaurant twice now. I really enjoyed the criolla food that the lunch chef serves. It's excellent! I AM Peruvian and can thoroughly vouch that this food is indeed authentic! as well as delicious. The lunch time servers are friendly. The ambiance was fun. Very latino! I had a different experience at dinner. They have an international chef that makes Nuevo Latino food. It is good food, but not authentic peruvian food...it's fusion. I didn't like the evening servers. They were snobbish and a bit rude. It annoyed me that they couldn't pronouce the names of the menu items correctly. However, the nightly live music made up for it all.
The ceviche is excellent! Try this for a light, summery dish, low in calories packed with flavor! ~and a pisco sour to cool your palate. Buen Provecho!
Pros: Authentic, Inexpensive, Great drinks
