Echo is one of the finest restaurants on the West Coast. Period. Tim Woods is a fabulous chef, but maybe an even better food buyer. Echo's fish is never out of the water more than 4 hours before it reaches your plate and their beef and pork dishes are among the best I have had anywhere. The wine list is sparse (even by Fresno standards) but the food more than makes up for it.
